My wife and I hired Mitch to demolish our old kitchen and build a brand new kitchen. It was a major project involving the obtaining permits from the borough. It involved relocating the sink, dishwasher and oven. Mitch had the licenced plumber and electrician to perform the work. As a result the project was approved by he borough on the first inspection, we liked his work so much that we had our dining & living rooms repainted with new base molding trim. We also had Mitch replace five hallway doors. Finally, we had our hardwood floors redone by someone who he recommended. I will certainly keep him in mind for future projects.

Our Soil Stack suffered a crack, which flooded our basement. The break was just above our kitchen ceiling, and the pipe was located in back of the main counters of the kitchen. Thus, to replace the pipe, required the demolition of the kitchen cabinets, counters, and more. We hired Mitchell and his wonderful crew, to get things repaired. They came in and replaced all the trim work, drywall, insulation, doors, fixtures, in the basement that was damaged due to the sewage leak and water damage. They also hung the new cabinets, worked with our electrician, and repositioned, all appliances, and more. Their drywall work was seamless (literally!), the tile work was first rate. Every inch of the work was discussed, considered, agreed on, and the result is fabulous. The quality of the work throughout, was excellent, the Mitchell and the crew were fantastic to work with, absolutely trustworthy, and our electrical noted that he wished that there were more contractors like Cats Paw! They didn't rush, cut corners, or accept any compromises. The finished kitchen, is the nicest in the neighborhood, and we are thrilled we were able to work with Mitchell. Great contractors. Oh, our cats loved them as well.

This is a review of the bathroom remodel performed by Mitch Kiani within our home.
My wife and I are very pleased with the work performed by Mitch and his crew and we would recommend him to anyone.
I originally contacted Mitch Kiani via cell phone to discuss the overall scope of the job including dates and costs. Mitch made himself available to visit our home within the week in order to assess the remodel details onsite. In this first meeting he was on time, polite, knowledeable, and honest. Mitch gave us some recommendations for how we might want to achieve our vision by discussing the location of existing electric and plumbing. In addition, he discussed the condition of the walls and the ceiling vent (among various other items). In short, Mitch was very thorough in his evaluation and we felt as though we had a good understanding of expectations and requirements.
From planning to execution Mitch communicated well and was reliable. We felt as though his focus was on our home and our job. I imagine this is not always the case with other outfits. He was accessible when my wife and I needed to ask questions, and he spent a long time with us at Lowes helping us select the major supplies (bathtub, vanity, etc) and fixtures.
Mitch had planned to complete the remodel in 5 business days and he and his crew delivered on the promise. The crew Mitch assembled was comprised of professionals who were all extremely respectful and good natured. Each of the men also took great care/pride in their craft and displayed a high level of competence. I was very pleased with their timliness, cleanliness, workmanship, and disposition. We have a 3 year old daughter who frequently investigated things while the job was ongoing and Mitch/team were great with her.
In every job there are new decisions that need to be made and costs that need to be reconsidered. I felt that Mitch helped facilitate those conversations smoothly as items came up. I was comfortable interacting with Mitch and I felt that he was honest about changes. My wife and I are incredibly satisfied with the finished end product we received. We look forward to potentially working with Mitch on future projects and we would recommended him to anyone looking for a home improvement specialist.
